How to make Chilli Jam

Chilli Jam ~ Simple Food

This is a great spreadable chilli condiment, it goes wonderfully well with cold meats and cheese.

It’s sweet and spicy but if you don’t like things quite so hot then don’t include the chilli seeds.

If you want to keep this for any length of time you must store it in proper sterilised jam jars.
